The restaurant’s signature dish has a strong Ballina theme – Slow roast pork belly served with caramalised onion purée and a Coca Cola reduction. (Coca-Cola has a big manufacturing plant in Ballina, providing employment to hundreds in the region and supplying ingredients worldwide for the iconic drink.)
