An Fhilteán | Folded Land is an international exhibition of geometric works on paper exploring landscape, opening at Ballina Library on Saturday, October 4 at 3.00pm.
The Irish word An Fhilteán evokes folds in both land and paper, tying together artworks from Ireland, the UK, Sweden, the USA and Chile. Artists include Michael Coppelov, Bernie Colhoun, Avazeh Hashemloo, Scott Idleman, Elizabeth Kinsella, David Willburn and Cristian Zaelzer.
The exhibition runs in the library until October 24 and is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10.00am – 5.00pm. Admission free.
