This Wednesday the 15th April, the Annual Commemorative Ceremony for the Titanic passengers from Lahardane, Addergoole parish who drowned ( 11 out of 14 died) will take place at 6.30 in the Addergoole Titanic Memorial Park , followed by the Launch of a 1st of its kind Titanic Poetry Anthology; American editors published by Salmon Publishing Ennistymon.
A specially commissioned poem for Mayo’s Titanic Villagers ; In the Shadow of Nephin will be read by Connemara based award winning poet Caitríona Lane .
