We are delighted to announce the return of Cannonball to Ballina on the 15th September 2023.
Cannonball, the action-packed supercar spectacle, is set to roll from September 15th to 17th with proceeds going to The Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation. Ballina, Co Mayo has been chosen for the first overnight stop on Friday September 15th to coincide with the Ballina’s 300th birthday and the Ballina 2023 celebrations.
The event which takes place from September 15th-17th 2023 will involve 190 supercars, free family festivals, celebrities and over 1000km of Irish open roads. It plans to raise €1.5 million for Irish charities. It will also have an expected audience of over 200,000 excited spectators coast to coast waving chequered flags.
The cars are expected at the Quay (via Abbey St) between 6pm and 6:30pm . A number of diversions will be in place from 5:30pm. For safety information and latest updates please check the Ballina at the Quay Facebook page.
On Saturday September 16th the convoy will leave the Quay in Ballina at 10.30am and travel to Salthill Hotel Co Galway
