As part of Bealtaine festival 2026, celebrating arts and creativity as we age.
A series of four gentle creative movement and dance workshops which will include an exploration of the exhibition in the gallery space by Ciara Tuite entitled ‘Daisy Chains Data Trails’.
These explorations will act as stimuli to create and organise phrases of movement in space and time and as inspiration for music choices. Bring along your curiosity, sense of fun and a willingness to try. No previous experience required.
Suitable for participants who are independent and mobile. Wear comfortable easy to move in clothing and soft soled supportive footwear. Max 20 participants.
