Project Dandelion, a workshop facilitated by The Mary Robinson Centre and in association with the TikTok Youth Climate Leadership Alliance.
Ballina Fringe Festival attendees are called to unite in action for a climate safe world, together with Project Dandelion, a global women-led campaign for climate justice.
Attendees are asked to bring along their old CDs and vinyl to this workshop to reuse, and to paint the Project Dandelion logo onto their cd or vinyl and sign their name on it as a symbol of their commitment to climate action.
The decorated and pledged cds and vinyls will then be added to Ballina Fringe Festival and The Mary Robinsons Centre’s Project Dandelions Pledge Wind Chime, which will hang for the duration of the festival.
This is a family friendly event which promotes awareness of climate change, sustainability, climate change leadership empowerment for women globally and creativity.
