Later @ Ballinglen is a series of shows with music, theatre, story tellers and special guests. It will be a unique series of night-time events running in Ballinglen Museum of Art between September and December.
The night-time shows (supported by the Night Time Economy Unit in the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media) at Ballinglen have already proven a huge hit with audiences, including sold-out shows in September by both Eddie Lenihan and Cormac Begley.
Saturday 4th November Ballinglen welcomes Manish Pingle, from Mumbai, he is accompanied by tabla player Rupak Kumar Pandit for the first part of a global roots music night. Pingle has toured worldwide and this is his debut Irish performance. Audiences can expect a spiritually uplifting performance featuring a series of traditional Indian ragas and folk tunes.
