Liquid Motion Triathlon’s flagship event, the Salmon Run Triathlon returns to Ballina, Co. Mayo on Saturday, July 16 2022, proudly sponsored by Telus International.
The sprint triathlon, so named for its 750m swim downstream in the famous River Moy is a perfect race for beginners and non-beginners seeking a PB, due to its scenic flat course.
The event coincides with the end of Ballina Festival, so a great night is in store for anyone attending.
