Later @ Ballinglen is a series of shows with music, theatre, story tellers and special guests. It will be a unique series of night-time events running in Ballinglen Museum of Art between September and December.
The night-time shows (supported by the Night Time Economy Unit in the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media) at Ballinglen have already proven a huge hit with audiences, including sold-out shows in September by both Eddie Lenihan and Cormac Begley.
Mikel Murfi performs his smash-hit theatre show The Man In The Woman’s Shoes on December 2nd. Murfi’s delightful tale of love, loneliness and belonging in rural Sligo during the 1970’s is heart warming and hilariously good fun. The show has toured extensively in Ireland and internationally with the New York Times commending Murfi for his ‘astonishing acting’.
Mikel Murfi performs The Man in Woman’s Shoes in Ballinglen Museum of Arts as part of Later @ Ballinglen on Saturday the 2nd of December at 9pm.
Tickets are available through Eventbrite and also available on the Ballinglen Museum of Arts website.
