Each of the chosen full moons has a different impact and Audrey, a talented sound healer, breathwork and movement practitioner and energy embodiment coach, brings her mind-body-soul connection to a bespoke 30-minute guided meditation on the focus and benefits of these different moon energies.

Each meditation recording will be available in your room at the Ice House to access during your stay at a time that suits you — maybe after enjoying a cocktail designed by Thibault Luxembourger, the talented mixologist at the Ice House, on the terrace or in the bar while admiring the relevant full moon reflected in the river

The selected full moons for which Audrey has created special meditations are, the Strawberry Moon on Friday, June 21st, the Sturgeon Moon (a blue moon) on Monday August 19th, the Corn Moon on Tuesday, September 17th, and the Hunter’s Moon on Thursday, October 17th.

Along with the meditation, you’ll also receive information on how each full moon affects energy, connects to emotions and encourages change and reflection, as well as appropriate crystals (for example Rose Quartz and Pink Tourmaline for the Strawberry Moon, Amethyst for the Corn Moon, and Labradorite or Selenite for the Hunter’s Moon) which can be charged under each full moon to take home with you.

Full Moons on the Moy are a series of opportunities at the Ice House to take a little time out for appreciation, contemplation and meditation.  Not only that, Mayo happens to be home to Ireland’s first International Dark Sky Park, nestled between the remote Nephin Mountain Range, it is a place where exceptional starry skies are protected showcasing some of the darkest, most pristine skies in the world.
