Now in its 20th year, the hugely successful Heritage Field Day at the North Mayo Heritage Centre, Crossmolina takes place on Sunday 21st July. Hosted by the Mayo North Old Engine and Tractor Club, this much-loved event celebrates vintage vehicles of all types – cars, tractors, motorcycles and commercials. Everyone is sure to find something here to enjoy.
Find your favourite vintage car or tractor, view the special Bord na Mona Bog Train, relive days gone by with a visit to the Old Style Cottage, Post Office and Shop. Experience traditional crafts which will be practised on the day – there will be threshing and working demonstrations of farm skills current in our parents’ and grandparents’ times. Children will have great fun at the bouncing castles while live music offers entertainment for all throughout the afternoon. The Heritage Field Day on the grounds of Enniscoe House and the North Mayo Heritage Centre in beautiful Crossmolina is always a special and popular event
