Nice Ice Cream (also trading as Noble Ice Cream) — a family-run artisan ice cream producer who bring natural, small-batch frozen delights to the region.
Nice Ice Cream’s journey is one with deep roots and wide ambitions. Their origins trace back to Ballina, where in a modest shop they began offering their hand-crafted ice cream flavours. The Ballina storefront has since closed, but that early chapter set the foundation for what’s to come.
Today, the operation has relocated to Castlerea, Co. Roscommon, where they produce their artisan offerings in An Chistin Food Hub.
Though they now work from Roscommon, the Mayo connection remains strong — their story continues to resonate with us in the North Mayo region, and we’re proud to count them among our members.
Who are behind the scoops
The heart and soul of Nice Ice Cream is the team of Juliya and Alexander, husband and wife, and their family. They are committed to doing things the right way — small batches, minimal processing, clean labels, and a love for craft that shines through every flavour.
